The anticipated trial pertaining to Nicolas Didier's private company and its involvement with the Luxembourg Science Center was scheduled to take place on Wednesday at the Luxembourg City Court.

The focus of the proceedings revolved around the revelation that GGM11 had been operating at the Science Center without valid authorisation.

However, the trial was unexpectedly adjourned due to the absence of Nicolas Didier, who serves as both the chairman of the Science Center and the head of GGM11. Despite his non-appearance, Didier expressed his intention to attend the trial at a later date.

Among the allegations levelled against Didier, one that emerged several months ago highlighted the recurrent funding of flights between New York and Luxembourg by GGM11. The sole client of GGM11 was the Science Center, which was subsidised by public funds.

According to information obtained by RTL, the fallout from the case has resulted in the resignation of five individuals from the Science Center, including the scientific director and several mediators.
