Ludec, a Holzem-based Rotarex subsidiary, has signed a new collective agreement for eighty employees, according to the OGBL.

To celebrate 100 years of parent company Rotarex, Ludec employees are to receive a one-time bonus of up to €1,000. Performance bonuses are also set to be increased, while employees will benefit from two additional days' leave, in accordance with the new agreement.

In 2009, 29 people were laid off at the metal manufacturer. However, the business has since increased its staff.
