The "Skypark Business Center" is taking shape a few months before its opening at Findel Airport.

Lux-Airport is touting its planned Skypark Business Center as "ultramodern", "sustainable," and "elegant." With an opening slated for the first half of 2024, the complex will feature a business centre, restaurants, and a hotel from the Marriott International-owned Moxy chain.

The hotel is planned to have 130 "stylish and comfortable" rooms, a central bar, and an open-air terrace. It will also be connected "directly" to the airport terminal.

According to Minister for Mobility François Bausch, the airport will be served by a tram line in the same year as the Skypark opens.

If the deadlines are met, the Skypark will have been under development for five years. As the opening draws near, it remains to be seen whether the complex, which combines wood and metal elements in its construction, will be completed on time.
