Beware if you are travelling this Wednesday afternoon, Météolux has just issued a yellow alert due to strong winds.

The alert concerns the whole country, from 4pm to 8pm: "In case of moderate or stormy rainfall, wind gusts up to 80 km/h may occur" the national weather service warns.

It is therefore recommended to minimise travel, drive slowly, avoid walks in the forest, and be on the lookout for falling objects.

According to Météolux, "the possibility of rainfall will persist until the evening. Moderate to thundery rainfall, accompanied locally by sleet and a strong wind, is expected, especially towards the end of the afternoon and early evening. The rain will subside thereafter."

Temperatures should not exceed 12°C. The sky will stay largely grey and cloudy over the next few days, with light precipitation and temperatures ranging from -1°C to 13°C.
