The judges sentenced the mother of the baby, who has been missing since July 2015, to 30 years in prison. The sentence handed down by the court is therefore twice as high as the one requested by the prosecution.
In late 2022, the mother was put on trial for murder, homicide, and inflicting physical harm to her own child. She did not participate in any of the sessions.
The defendant has 40 days to appeal the verdict.
