The CSV in Bettembourg has published its list of candidates for June's municipal elections, with mayor Laurent Zeimet top of the list.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the CSV confirmed the Bettembourg list would be made up of seven female and seven male candidates, five of whom are already part of the municipal council. Seven candidates will be joining the list for the first time, with the average age of the group being 43.

The municipal council in Bettembourg is currently made up of a coalition between the CSV, DP and the Green party.
