From now on, cyclists can ride down rue du Fossé to reach Place Guillaume II from Place du Théâtre. Following roadworks, the road accommodates both motorised traffic and two-way cycling traffic.
In a press release, the City describes this addition as an important milestone for the cycling network, as rue du Fossé provides cyclists with a direct link between existing cycling routes, and safely away from heavy traffic.
