This is clearly a phishing scam and as per usual with such scams, people should not react to such messages, the same as with phone calls and emails. Anybody who receives such a text should delete it and under no circumstances, click the link.
The risk of clicking the link is that the sender can then hack into your phone and access data and information saved.
