Three vehicles were involved in an accident occurring between the access ramp from south Leudelange and Pontpierre just before 3.30pm.
The left-hand lane is currently closed. At 3.45pm, ACL reported 15 kilometres of tailbacks on the A4 and the A1 motorways.
