The event also provides local sports clubs and associations with a platform to showcase their activities, raise awareness, and welcome new members in a friendly and inclusive setting. 2. Asian tradition on the Moselle

The Dragon Boat Festival, organised by the Chinese Cultural Center and Euro-Asie with the support of the City of Remich, brings together teams from companies, universities, and organisations across Luxembourg for an exciting on-water competition. Visitors can also enjoy a vibrant cultural programme featuring traditional Chinese music and dance, kung-fu and tai-chi demonstrations, as well as food stalls offering authentic Chinese cuisine.

3. Spring Street Market

On Saturday 6 June, Luxembourg City hosts a full day of open-air shopping, with streets filled with stalls, special offers and a lively atmosphere. 5. Food trucks galore

The popular Food Truck Festival returns for its fifth anniversary with its biggest edition yet. Enjoy two days of international street food, sweet treats, live music, and family-friendly entertainment, featuring more than 15 food trucks, a cocktail and wine bar, and a packed programme of performances. Highlights include live bands, local artists, a magician, and activities for children including trampolines and face painting. Entry is free!

6. Cricket anniversary

What: Optimists Cricket Club celebrate 50 years

The Optimists Cricket Club, Luxembourg's oldest and largest active cricket club, celebrates its 50th anniversary. Events include a Gala Dinner on 6 June and a special anniversary match on 7 June against the prestigious Marylebone Cricket Club. Founded in 1976 and based in Walferdange, the club has been at the heart of cricket in Luxembourg for five decades and will welcome current and former members, supporters and guests for this landmark occasion.

7. Kirchbéier

Craft beer lovers and fans of good vibes are invited to this special summer edition of the Kirchbéier Craft Beer Festival, organised by Wolff Brewing Co. and Kyosk. Held in the heart of Central Park, Kirchberg at the Kyosk restaurant and bar, the event offers two relaxed summer days filled with excellent craft beers, tasty street food and great music in a vibrant open-air setting. Petanque pitches are on site to accompany a lovely couple of days out.
