- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 180 g activated activated buckwheat (see tips)
- 30 g puffed quinoa
- 30 g puffed buckwheat
- 30 g goji berries
- 35 g dried cranberries
- 40 g chia seeds
- 75 g freeze-dried pomegranate seeds
