Strawberry lovers rejoice for a sweet, crunchy, and refreshing treat.
Ingredients
- 500 ml strawberry yoghurt
- 250 g strawberries, chopped
- 125 ml cup cream, whipped
- 24 wafers, strawberry flavoured
Instructions
- Line a 20 cm x 30 cm flat baking tray with clingwrap.
- Combine yoghurt with chopped strawberries and fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into the prepared tray and freeze until firm.
- Cut to size and sandwich between strawberry wafers.
