With the school holiday quickly approaching, discover a list of camps for October's break in and around Luxembourg.
Thriving across a seemingly endless amounts of holiday, Luxembourg's youth will be off from 26 October to 3 November. Here's a few ways to keep them occupied as we can't all have 200 days a year off.
However, Luxembourg does have plenty of availability in terms of fun and educational camps at its disposal so here are a few but definitely not all:
Sports camps
Football Klinik Academy Luxembourg
Running from 28 October to 1 November at the Stade de Hollerich in Merl, this camp is a dream for young football fanatics and is suitable for kids aged 4–17. The camp costs €215 without lunch and €275 with lunch, and runs from 9am to 4pm. They put on an array of different footballing activities such as a mini World Cup, association games, goalkeeper training as well as classroom sessions to increase their theoretical knowledge (for older kids).
Are your kids full of energy? Need to be in a soft environment to avoid bumps and bruises? Then Little Gym might be the place for them! Their camps combine fun, sport, creative activities and learning to keep your kids active, entertained and laughing. Kids aged 3–12 can join in the fun and who knows this could be the beginning of their Olympic journey?! Kids aged 3–8 will have an animal themed week, whereas the older kids will be focusing on explosive jumps!
For three days from the 28–30 October from 8.45am to 5pm, the Coque is offering a camp that offers a wide range of activities in the various infrastructure that they have at their disposal, such as swimming, climbing and much more. The camp costs €229 for the three days including lunch and a closing party.
PRISMA Halloween Rugby Camp, Rugby Club Luxembourg
Every year during the autumn holidays, Rugby Club Luxembourg run their rugby camp, the players will take part in training sessions run by experienced coaches ensuring for high level rugby. It is a very difficult sport and the kids will be taught how to deal with the high physical demands, and the core values of the sport.
If they are more into their tennis, then for four days from 28–31 October, there will be a kids camp at the tennis club Arquebusiers in Belair. Prices are dependent on age and length of time that they stay at the camp.

Arts and crafts
From Monday to Thursday 28–31 October for kids aged 4–13, Bricks 4 Kidz is putting on a workshop where kids can use their imagination with Lego to harness their inner engineers or architects. They will do a robot camp for children aged 6 to 8 and mindstorm robotics camp for kids aged 9–13.
Art and Sport Camp at Pop Art, Strassen
Combining both arts and sports to give the kids more variety of activity and different types of stimulus. They will do arts in the mornings and sports in the afternoons from 28–31 October, at the end of each day there will also be an hour of yoga to help the kids to unwind.
Manga camp, Bascherage / Belair
Over the course of 4 days, the kids will discover the world of manga, its history, styles and messages. Of course, they will also be exploring the basics of manga drawing and encouraging artistic expression. The camp reinforces cooperative spirit by working as a team on creative projects. It works on a first come first serve basis with limited spaces available.
Tipp Topp Art Camp, Côte d'Eich
For ages 5 –13 there is a week-long camp in the heart of the city from 28 October – 1 November. The camps are conducted in French, English and Luxembourgish and all skill levels are welcome. Fees cost €310 for the whole week and art materials are included, a €50 deposit is required in order to book.
Language Camps
If you would like your kids to spend the holiday improving their language skills, then Schola Nova is the ideal place for them! The school offers classes in French, English, German and Italian in the mornings, then in the afternoons there are more recreational activities including arti.
Multi-activities Camps

For some extra fall fun you can send your kids, aged 4–12, to Star Activities! Camps start on 24 October, and continue through Halloween, 31 October. Each day, there is a different Halloween celebration ranging from zip lining and horse carriage rides, to lantern making and wooden scarecrow creation! All workshops incorporate creativity, nature, exploration, and adventure. Sign your children up for one day, or all six.
If you are looking to send your kids on a weekend away, camps curated by the National Youth Service provide a variety of activities for children aged 6 - 15. Currently there are four different camps during the fall holiday, including one at the school of music. This camp houses kids for 1-4 days in dormitories, depending on your preference for length of stay. Camps are located in Marienthal, Cinqfontaines, and Bilsdorf,and range from 240 € to 325 €.
Children ages 3 –15 are encouraged to partake in BDK's holiday camps in Belgium, depending on what activities they are most interested in. Equestrian courses, climbing and psychomotor lessons, and sports fun are just a few of the themes BDK has to offer! Check out their website to see what location and time frame is most ideal for you!
