Normally we use this platform to promote Luxembourg-based bands, musicians and acts, however the COVID crisis goes wwwwaaaayyyy beyond the Grand Ducal borders....plus we DO have a Luxembourg connection.
Emina Helena (who’s Introduces video you can watch here) has been involved with the Luxembourg music scene for a good while now and has enjoyed performing at a variety of high profile events, featuring slots at GoTen, Llama, Palais and many more.
Emina’s hard work and dedication also led to her opening for Amelie Lens at Rockhal last year. Emina will also perform at LOA in September.
In an exclusive set for RTL Today Emina performed brand new material that should get the audience in the mood for more - handy, then, that she plans on releasing a long-awaited solo album in the near future. Her dark and intimate soundscapes are perfect for these more claustrophobic times.
Jacob Phono is a workaholic, perfectionist. Flitting between duties as a DJ, label owner and producer, Phono has been building up a fan base through Collage Audio and performing at the well-regarded venues in Berlin, including the renowned Berghain/Panorama Bar, Club der Visionaire, Wilde Renate and Golden Gate.
His music production skills are highly regarded throughout the German capital and in the wider electronic music circles. Check out Paradise Of You’s down tempo ambiance and the electro-glitch styles.
