Glastonbury 2025 is set to deliver a spectacular mix of legendary icons, rising stars, and genre-defining acts, with headliners The 1975, Neil Young & The Chrome Hearts, and Olivia Rodrigo leading the charge at Worthy Farm from 25–29 June.

As the excitement builds for Glastonbury 2025, festival-goers can look forward to a lineup that seamlessly blends nostalgia with fresh talent. Taking place from 25–29 June at Worthy Farm, this year’s festival promises unforgettable performances from legendary icons, rising stars, and fan-favourite acts.

Headlining the Pyramid Stage are three artists representing different generations of music. The 1975, who played a free concert in Luxembourg as part of City Sounds in 2023, will close on Friday, marking their first time leading the festival’s main stage. Their signature mix of indie rock, pop, and experimental sounds has made them one of the most influential bands of the past decade, and their Glastonbury debut as headliners is long-awaited.

On Saturday night, music history takes center stage as Neil Young returns to Glastonbury with his band, The Chrome Hearts. Young’s previous performances at the festival, most recently in 2009, have become the stuff of legend, and his return is sure to be a highlight for fans of classic rock and folk.

Bringing the festival to a close on Sunday is pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo. Having already left a lasting impression with her Other Stage performance in 2022, Rodrigo’s meteoric rise has led her to the top of the bill. Her deeply emotional songwriting, paired with a powerful stage presence, makes her the perfect artist to round off an eclectic weekend of music.

One of the most anticipated moments of Glastonbury each year is the coveted Sunday Legends Slot, and in 2025, that honor goes to Sir Rod Stewart. Having previously headlined the festival, Stewart will return to deliver a hit-filled set that is sure to have the entire crowd singing along.

Beyond the Pyramid Stage, the festival boasts an equally exciting array of artists across its many venues. The Other Stage lineup brings an electrifying mix, with acts like Charli XCX, whose high-energy performances have made her one of the most innovative pop artists of her generation.

Meanwhile, British rapper Loyle Carner, Catch our interview below) and electronic pioneers The Prodigy will ensure there is something for everyone, from soulful storytelling to full-throttle rave anthems.

Over at the West Holts Stage, the festival continues its tradition of showcasing global talent and genre-defying music. Doechii, a rising star in the hip-hop and R&B world, will headline on Saturday, offering a performance filled with charisma and innovation.

Elsewhere, the festival welcomes debut appearances from artists like Alanis Morissette, set to play Rockhal this summer, Busta Rhymes, and Noah Kahan, each bringing their unique sound to Worthy Farm for the first time.

With Glastonbury set to take a break in 2026 for a much-needed fallow year, the 2025 edition feels even more special. Whether it is the return of rock icons, the ascension of pop's biggest names, or the discovery of new musical favourites, this year’s lineup is a testament to Glastonbury’s ability to honour the past while shaping the future of music.
