The English musician was the frontman, songwriter and bassist for new-wave rock band the Police before starting his own solo career in 1985. He’s now one of the world’s best selling artist, having moved over 100 million records. The first single he released as a solo act “If You Love Somebody Set Them Free” reached the top three of the US Billboard hot 100 charts.
In his music he blends multiple genres, his songs have included elements of rock, jazz, reggae, classical, new-age, and also worldbeat.
On this tour he will be accompanied by an electric, rock ensemble, and by his son and special guest Joe Summer.
