A person was hospitalised after being struck by a tram near Glacis in Luxembourg City on Saturday afternoon, according to emergency services.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) confirmed the incident upon enquiry. The victim, whose current condition is unknown, was treated at the scene by an ambulance crew and the Emergency Medical Assistance Team (SAMU) before being transported to a hospital.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
