On Saturday, Bech-Kleinmacher hosted the latest edition of the national wakeboard championship, with athletes competing across five categories for top honours.

In the Mini-Girls category, Lou Laplume (SNME) claimed victory with 10.33 points, while Mini-Boys winner Mil Augustin (SNME) impressed with a score of 12.33.

Among the Ladies, Annemie Schmit (SNG) took first place on 21.00 points, ahead of Laura Biever (CNL), who scored 13.00.

In the fiercely contested Open Men division, Tom Engel (CNL) emerged as champion with 19.67 points, followed by Mathis Krier (SNME) with 18.67 and Sam Leclerc (CNL) with 18.00.

The Veterans Men title went to Michele Materossi (SNG), who achieved the day’s highest score of 25.00 points, ahead of René Meneghetti (SNG) on 17.33 and Marlon Laplume (SNME) on 1.00.
