On 25 March, Luxembourg will face Switzerland in a friendly in St. Gallen.

In preparation for the upcoming World Cup qualifying campaign starting in September, the Luxembourg Football Federation (FLF) has confirmed a friendly match against Switzerland. As of yet, there is no kick-off time mentioned and ticket information will follow soon.

Three days prior they will be facing Sweden at the Stade de Luxembourg. The two games pose as stark opposition and will be a true test. Luc Holtz is expected to use these games to fine-tune his team ahead of an interesting qualifying group, where the Red Lions will aim for a strong performance. They have been drawn against Italy or Germany, Slovakia, and Northern Ireland.

Drawn against either Italy or Germany, along with Slovakia and Northern Ireland, Luxembourg faces a challenging path. Having previously secured positive results against Slovakia and Northern Ireland, they will be targeting second place – though overcoming European powerhouses like Germany or Italy remains a daunting task.
