On Saturday, the Luxembourg's women's national team won their test match against Andorra with a score of 2:0.

After the first half of the football match Andorra-Luxembourg, the score board read 0:0. In the first 45 minutes, the ladies from Luxembourg struggled with Andorra's compact defence.

Things looked up in the second half of the gripping match and the Grand-Duchy's team managed to turn things around in their favour. Bettembourg player Karen Marin scored the first goal in the 84th minute and managed to land her second goal during extra time. The Luxembourg women's team ended up winning by 2:0.

This victory for Luxembourg is the first one in two years. The team won 2:1 against the Faroe Islands in 2016.
