Formed in Kilmarnock back in 1995, Biffy Clyro are frontman Simon Neil on vocals and guitar, with twin brothers James* and Ben Johnston on bass and drums.
On stage they are joined by longtime collaborators Mike Vennart and Richard “Gambler” Ingram, building the huge, layered sound that has taken them from cult favourites to festival headliners and award winners.
Albums like Puzzle, Only Revolutions and Opposites pushed them into the mainstream, landing platinum sales, Mercury Prize recognition and Brit and NME Award nods along the way.
The band are currently riding the wave of their latest album Futique, released in September 2025 and already another chart-topping success. Fans have been treated to new singles including A Little Love, Hunting Season, True Believer and Goodbye, all showcasing the band’s knack for powerful choruses and emotional punch. They even road-tested some of the new material at a secret Glasgow show under their original name Screwfish before dropping Futique in full.
