
The CNS has published its annual report for 2025. The number of insured persons rose by 1.4% on the previous year to close to 987,000, and over the same period expenditure grew more sharply than revenue.
With outgoings of €4.88 billion and revenue of €4.78 billion, the year closed with a deficit of some €102 million. Expenditure on outpatient treatments in Luxembourg, in particular, has climbed considerably.
