When the car came to a halt on the A3 motorway near Regensburg, both men tried to push the vehicle instead of calling for help. When police interrupted them, they subjected both to an alcohol breath test, with both coming back positive.
The police further state that when the men were later subjected to a blood test, they reacted to the needle in shock as they thought they were being administered a coronavirus vaccine.
