The theft occurred at around 4.50 pm on Friday, 21 July, on Boulevard d’Avranches in the capital’s Gare district. According to the witness appeal, the minor stole a woman’s wallet and money.
The youth has been arrested in the meantime and, on the orders of the public prosecutor, he has been placed in the security unit of the Dreiborn socio-educational centre.
