For the past few weeks, the bridge has been open in both directions. However, from 21 August, the bridge will alternate one-way traffic towards Luxembourg from 6am to 10am, before switching to Germany.
During the switch-over, the bridge will be closed for around 10 to 15 minutes to allow the change to take place.
The bridge will also be closed over the weekend of 8-10 September to permit renovation work to take place. Traffic will be deviated from 6pm on Friday 8 September until 2pm on Sunday 10 September.
