The Ministries of Labour, Health, and Social Security have indicated that the employee concerned must obtain written proof from their employer. In this statement, the employee must be authorised to work remotely, even if they are subject to a period of isolation or quarantine (i.e. if they are a contact case or contaminated by the coronavirus).
Of course, this option is only available when the employee is not ill and does not show symptoms of infection, as specified by the government. Most importantly, working remotely cannot not be in conflict with the isolation order issued by the Health Department.
