'Future made in Europe'Volt unveils candidates and manifesto for 2024 European elections

Volt Luxembourg has announced its candidate list for the upcoming European elections, featuring a team comprising three women and three men born between 1982 and 1999.

The candidate list includes Aurélie Dap, an accountant born in 1992 from Luxembourg City; Philippe Schannes, a philosophy professor born in 1989 from Wecker; Lara Marwaha, a research engineer born in 1982 from Luxembourg City; Conny Jaroni, a drop-in centre manager born in 1985 from Dudelange; Daniel Silva, an IT trainer born in 1983 from Schifflange; and Samuel Moïse, an economics and law student born in 1999 from Mersch.

Volt Luxembourg, representing the local chapter of the pan-European party, is advocating for four main pillars in its campaign. Firstly, it aims to promote a thriving and more legitimate European Union. Additionally, it advocates for an economy that benefits all EU residents and supports an ambitious climate agenda for the continent.

Positioning itself as an alternative amidst the current crises facing Europe, Volt advocates for a united, federal, and democratic Europe.
