2020 marked the first time in the fair's history that the Foire Agricole took place digitally. 74,000 visitors followed the event via the fair and RTL's websites.
Another 18,000 people tuned in on social media. People that followed the fair on TV were not included in the count.
Digital Foire Agricole 2The organisers of the fair shared coverage for no less than 18 hours. There were 88 films, 58 live documentaries, 55 interviews, and 15 virtual visits. The highlights of both days were shared again on Sunday.
The next edition will take place 2-4 July 2021 - hopefully in its traditional guise.
