Emergency services at the scene attended to both motorists. They were taken to hospital for a check-up, according to RTL information.
One of the vehicles was a taxi.
The accident, which also caused significant material damage, occurred in the Stafelter area, at the junction of the CR119 and CR126 roads, north of Luxembourg City. Police and firefighters were at the scene of the crash until a recovery team had cleared the debris.
