The incident took place on Rue Mathias Koener in Esch-sur-Alzette, where the two drivers pulled over, got out of their vehicles, and a fight ensued.
After the altercation, the two men drove off towards the train station. They then went to the police station one after the other to file a complaint.
According to initial reports, the confrontation also left one of the vehicles damaged. A report has been drawn up by the authorities.
Meanwhile, five motorists were pulled over for driving under the influence of alcohol on Sunday and Monday. Among them was an intoxicated driver who had parked his vehicle illegally on the Aire de Capellen and fell asleep behind the wheel.
