Later, a car and a motorbike were involved in a crash on Avenue Guillaume at 4.25pm. The motorcyclist was injured in the process. Luxembourg City's fire services attended the incident.
In Ettelbruck, a fire broke out on Avenue J-F. Kennedy at 3.45pm. Ettelbruck, Ingeldorf and Diekirch fire crews were called out to deal with the blaze. No one was injured.
