The accident happened near Talling on the L150 ‘Hunsrück’ at 11.38am on Wednesday. According to German police, a Luxembourger was wounded in the accident, though they did not specify the seriousness of their injuries.
As can be seen in the pictures, both lorries were carrying wood logs at the time of the crash.
