Emergency services were called early on Tuesday morning to the car park of a shopping centre in Bertrange following reports of a major fire.

According to the Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), two cars caught fire in the car park at around 6.15am. One person was injured in the incident.
Emergency services from Mamer and Luxembourg City were deployed to the scene.
When asked about the cause of the fire, police said that initial findings ruled out any wrongdoing. An investigation is under way.
