A burglar entered a single-family home on Route d’Arlon in Mamer via the terrace door. The perpetrator searched every room of the property and then fled the scene again.
Another burglary was reported Route de Bonnevoie in the capital. Here, an unknown person managed to break into an apartment and steal several objects.
Police have indicated that they opened investigations in both cases. They further put out a reminder for people to consult their list of burglary prevention measures.
At 5.15pm on Tuesday, two people were lightly injured in an accident involving two cars on the A1 motorway. Since one of both motorists implicated in the crash refused to comply with an alcohol test, authorities revoked their driving license.
