A police patrol picked up an individual for breaking into a car on Rue de Strasbourg, Luxembourg City, just before 11pm on Sunday evening. The suspect’s details were placed on file by order of the public prosecutor’s office, and the stolen items were returned to their original owner.
Elsewhere, a pedestrian had their mobile phone stolen in Hesperange park at 7.30pm. Fortunately, nearby police officers were able to track the suspect to the Gare district, where the individual was taken into custody. A fine was issued after the stolen phone was discovered on the suspect’s person, alongside a small quantity of hashish.
