According to a press release issued by the Independent Luxembourg Trade Union Confederation (OGBL), the protest targets the company’s position on a new collective agreement. Negotiations were launched a year ago but have stagnated since, with the lack of progress attributed to the management’s attitude.
The OGBL criticised the fact that Coca-Cola Luxembourg management declined to present the company’s financial results and chose to block trade union demands from the outset.
