Redange, Rambrouch and Ell suffered power cuts from 3.21am until 5.24am on Tuesday morning following thunderstorms overnight. The issue was initially resolved within seven minutes, according to Creos, but the power dropped once again at around 4.10am for 73 minutes.
The issue was finally resolved at around 5.30am.
In Hesperange, a power outage affected 14 properties following a malfunction in a low-voltage cable. This was marked as resolved as of Tuesday afternoon.
