Shortly before 3pm, two cars collided on the A13 between the Ehlerange and Aessen tunnels, leaving two people with injuries. One lane was closed due to the incident, causing 2 kilometre-tailbacks of traffic. Esch and Sanem-Differdange emergency teams were dispatched to the scene.
Another crash occurred at 3.32pm near Gillenshaff in Medernach. One person was hurt as a result. Waldbillig and Larochette emergency services assisted on site.
