After a relatively quiet period for the Grand Duchy's emergency services, several incidents occurred in quick succession on Wednesday night.
A lorry collided with a car shortly after 6pm, between Alzingen and Schlammestee. One person suffered injuries in the process.
Another person was injured in an accident in Senningerberg at 8pm, while in Wiltz a third person was left injured after a crash between two vehicles at 10.30pm.
A number of small wild fires, caused by rubbish or burning containers, also took place on Wednesday according to the 112 report.
