The incident took place on Rue de l’Europe shortly after 9am, according to a report from emergency services.
One individual sustained injuries as a result of the collision. An ambulance, two fire engines, and the SAMU medical team from Luxembourg City were despatched to the scene.
The emergency services have not disclosed the extent of the injuries sustained by the victim in the accident.
In separate incidents, the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) confirmed two additional accidents on Thursday morning.
The first occurred in Rollingergrund, resulting in two individuals being injured. The second incident took place in Junglinster, specifically on Route d’Echternach, where a quad bike overturned.
