The individual was observed selling drugs to passing cars on Rue des Champs and Rue des Saules on Thursday evening. Subsequent checks of the vehicles revealed the drivers in possession of drugs.
Police officers at the scene issued fines to the drivers in question, while the seller was searched and taken into custody after he was found with drugs and cash at his home. He was brought before magistrates on Friday.
