In a recent press release, the association expresses its primary concern regarding the increasing recruitment of salaried employees over civil servants by the state.

Central to the AEE’s stance is the principle of “equal pay for equal work.” They contend that the current situation does not align with this fundamental premise. In addition, the association stresses that the job security and promotional opportunities for employees do not measure up to those afforded to civil servants.

Prior to the elections, the association found a receptive audience among the political parties. However, they now stress the need for concrete action to address these issues.
