While heatwaves are raging around the world, our regions are being spared the extreme temperatures for the most part. In fact, Wednesday will be the last day of the week when the mercury exceeds 30°C.
MeteoLux have thus issued another yellow heat alert for the southern half of Luxembourg from 2pm to 7pm, with maximum temperatures of around 30°C. Conditions will be dry and sunny with few clouds.
Temperatures will then start to fall again. First slightly, on Thursday, with highs of around 29°C, then increasingly so, reaching highs of only 20°C this weekend. Temperatures will even dip below 10°C at night next Monday.
Light showers are expected from Friday onwards.
