A first burglary was reported in Ehnen on Wednesday afternoon. The perpetrators seemingly entered through an unlocked door and unsuccessfully tried to steal scooter parts.

A little later on the same afternoon, two unidentified perpetrators accessed a shop in Ehlerange by levering out a door. Here, too, nothing was stolen.

Police also responded to a burglary in Verlorenkost, where the cellars of an apartment building had been ransacked. The report states four cellar doors were forcibly opened and two bicycles were stolen as a result.

In Useldange, a single-family house was broken into and searched. The burglar entered the rear door, but no information has been given about potentially stolen objects.

On Wednesday evening, another burglary was again reported in the cellar of an apartment building in Hollerich. Exactly how the perpetrators managed to get into the premise remains unknown, but various bottles of wine were stolen.

And finally, a person forced his way into a flat in Bettembourg through the bathroom window. Here, the house was ransacked and a few bags as well as jewellery were stolen.

In all cases, records were drawn up and investigations initiated.
