The municipal council of Luxembourg City is reportedly looking into potential alternatives for the time-honoured Schueberfouer fun fair.
According to information obtained by RTL, officials are considering various smaller happenings in different locations to make up for the potential cancellation of Schueberfouer as we know it. Carnival workers may also be able to organise a bigger Christmas market as a kind of compensation.
It is possible that first details will be unveiled after the municipal council meeting this Monday afternoon.
