The morning will begin with a heavy cloud cover and low temperatures. A mixture of snow and rain will accompany the clouds before tapering off. But fear not! The snowflakes (and most likely rain) will be back in the afternoon before clearing up for a chilly evening. Remember to drive carefully as snow and ice may cover the roads.
