On Tuesday evening, emergency services were mobilised on the CR102 between Schoenfels and Keispelt after three cars collided in circumstances that have yet to be clarified.
The accident resulted in three injuries, emergency services confirmed on Wednesday morning. Three ambulances, two fire engines, and the rescue helicopter were dispatched to the scene. At least one of the injured was airlifted to hospital.
No further details are currently available regarding the condition of the three victims.
In a separate incident shortly after 5pm on Tuesday in Leudelange, two people were injured when two cars collided on Rue de la Gare. Local emergency teams from Leudelange, Mondercange, and Mamer attended the scene.
