The Court of Appeal acquitted a prison guard, who had been given a six-month suspended sentence in March at his first trial.

The defendant was prosecuted for having viewed images depicting child pornography between September 2009 and July 2017.

In addition, the man is said to have brought a USB stick containing this type of material to the prison. A matter of discussion during the trial were 121 child pornography photographs depicting girls between the ages of five and sixteen, which were found in the accused's possession.
