Upon the arrival of the dispatched police patrol, the petrol station owner and security personnel revealed that a suspicious person was hiding behind the petrol station.
The man was indeed hiding behind the petrol station and was found with a few bags filled with bottles of alcohol. The value of the merchandise stolen by the man was estimated at €340.
Police officers arrested the man and sent him to the investigating magistrate later on Wednesday.
