In four instances, the drivers were found to be inebriated and had their driving licences revoked. These incidents occurred in Weiswampach, Ingeldorf, and twice in Luxembourg City. Another driver in Capellen was below the legal threshold for licence revocation.
In a related incident, emergency services reported that one person was injured on Tuesday evening around 5pm in Niederkorn on Rue des Ecoles. A car had crashed into a pole. An ambulance from Pétange responded to the scene.
